Job Purpose
The Freight Handler will be responsible for unloading shipping containers and unloading trailers for warehouse storage. Responsibilities include accurately and safely separating cases and placing them on pallets for all inbound freight in an efficient manner and ensuring that all products are free of damage.

Freight Handler Base Pay
Accountability
PPH will be available for Employees to view and discuss with OM, as needed, on a weekly basis.
If you work 136 freight handling hours in a month - OM will run productivity for the prior month (at the beginning of each month), and you can earn the following:
$22 - (20 - 25 PPH)
$25 - (26 - 30 PPH)
$28 - (30.1 PPH)
Accountability Continued
PPH will be run weekly and posted for employees to view. OM will review any lagging PPH with the freight handlers weekly; documentation will begin after two consecutive weeks of low performance (not meeting expectation).
